Melissa Smith has spent more than 20 years practising, studying and teaching BodyTalk. Across thousands of client sessions and many years in the classroom, she has developed a practical understanding of how BodyTalk can be learned, applied and integrated with confidence.
Melissa’s teaching is grounded in real experience. She brings together a detailed knowledge of the BodyTalk System, insights developed through clinical practice and an ability to make complex material clear and approachable.
A PRACTICAL, SUPPORTIVE APPROACH TO LEARNING
Students often describe Melissa’s classes as clear, relaxed, interactive and confidence-building.
Her aim is not simply to deliver information. It is to help students understand the principles, practise the techniques and leave knowing how to use what they have learned.

FROM CURIOSITY TO EXPERIENCE
Melissa’s work with BodyTalk has always been shaped by curiosity. She continues to ask what else may be possible, explore connections and deepen her understanding through ongoing study and practice.
That curiosity has also led her to develop Advanced Body Chemistry, drawing on more than two decades of working with Body Chemistry and exploring its possibilities within the BodyTalk framework.
